DATASET NAME: Exafel DATASET OWNER’S NAME AND CONTACT: Chun Yoon (chuckyoon@stanford.edu) DATASET DIMENSIONALITY: 3D DATASET DIMENSIONS: (event, row, column) from slowest to fastest advancing PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE DATASET: VARIABLES: detector intensity DATA NATURE: IEEE-754 FLOATING POINT ENDIAN FORMAT (LITTLE, BIG): LITTLE PRECISION (DOUBLE, SINGLE): SINGLE Further description: The detectors intensity data is can be archived into .cxi files which contain additional metadata. These data include peak information. Peak information files are also included for evaluation. The format of this information is as follows: SDRBENCH-EXAFEL-nPeaks.i64 -- a 1d int64_t array of the number of peaks in each event SDRBENCH-EXAFEL-peakYPosRaw-130x2048.d64 -- 2d array double precision of the y locations of peaks SDRBENCH-EXAFEL-peakXPosRaw-130x2048.d64 -- 2d array double precision of the x locations of peaks SDRBENCH-EXAFEL-data-130x1480x1552.f32 -- 3d array (event, row, col) of the detectors. To decode the peak information: Suppose that nPeaks second value is a 3. This means that the entries at locations in peakXPosRaw and peakYPosRaw of 130-133 contain peak locations within the grid of the second event.
